The Drake Fund Athletic Committee is responsible for managing and distributing the money set aside each year to fund athletic requests.
The amount allocated to the Athletic Committee each year is determined in May by the Drake Fund Board. That amount is then allocated over the following school year. The Athletic Committee meets a minimum of 4 times a year to review and grant funding requests. Present at the meetings are the four members of the Executive Committee, the Athletic Director and the Assistant Principal who oversees athletics.
The Drake Fund Athletic Committee will meet on the following dates in the Drake Staff Lounge from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM.

Coaches interested in making a funding request should complete a Funding Request Form and then contact the Athletic Director to discuss further.
